WHAT: Road Closure
WHEN: Beginning September 21, 2026
WHERE: James St. at 120th Ave., Holland Twp.
WHY: Sanitary Sewer Improvements
BACKGROUND: James St. at 120th Ave. in Holland Township will be closed beginning Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, for permitted sanitary sewer improvements.
This work is scheduled to last through late November. All dates are tentative and work is weather-dependent.
TRAFFIC IMPACT: Local traffic will have access as follows:
• 120th Ave from Lakewood to James will have access from the south via Lakewood Blvd. 120th Ave from Lakewood to James will continue to have one northbound lane open from Lakewood Blvd to Garden Ave. Local Traffic will enter 120th from the south at Lakewood Blvd, head north on 120th and exit via Garden Ave back to Lakewood Blvd. Local traffic south of the James and 120th Intersection and north of Garden Ave will have access north of Garden Ave with two way traffic to enter in and out. The two way traffic zone will also be redirected to Garden Ave when exiting.
• 120th Ave from Riley to James will have access from the north via Riley/Felch.
• James street from US31 to 120th will have access from the west via US-31.
• James Street from 112th to 120th will have access from the east via 112th.
