PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a special meeting of the Holland Charter Township Planning Commission, Charter Township of Holland, Ottawa County, Michigan has been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at the Holland Charter Township Fire Station No. 1 located at 131 Riley Street.
The purpose of this meeting is a consideration of a Special Land Use Permit approval for the addition of new attractions for an Outdoor Commercial Recreation Facility (“Dutch Village”). Petition is submitted by Mike Bocks on behalf of HS&J Land Company LLC for land located at 12350 James Street, described more specifically as Parcel Number 70-16-21-200-083. The subject property is zoned C-2 Community Commercial.
