Preliminary Plats - $50.00 for the plat, plus $5.00 per lot
Final Plats - no fee
New PUD's - $750.00 ($250.00 w/ preliminary plan; $500.00 w/ final plan)
PUD Amendments - $500.00
Special Meeting Fee - $300.00 in addition to the normal hearing or review fees.
