UTILITY CHARGES
Water Rates - effective January 1, 2011
Commodity Charge: $1.47 per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water metered per billing month, no minimum bill.
Readiness to Serve Charge:
| For a 5/8" meter | $10.07 per billing month |
| For a 1.0" meter | $18.19 per billing month |
| For a 1.5" meter | $38.34 per billing month |
| For a 2.0" meter | $62.81 per billing month |
| For a 3.0" meter | $135.45 per billing month |
| For a 4.0" meter | $234.08 per billing month |
| For a 6.0" meter | $546.86 per billing month |
Readiness to Serve will be charged even on those accounts where the meter has been temporarily removed or the water has been temporarily turned off.
Fire Protection Charges:
| 6.0" main or smaller | $19.14 per billing month |
| 8.0" main | $35.68 per billing month |
| 10.0" main | $49.64 per billing month |
| 12.0" main | $71.70 per billing month |
Sewer Rates - effective January 1, 2011
Commodity Charge:
a. For all single and two-family premises connected to a public water supply system - $2.27 per 1,000 gallons of water metered for such premises during the winter billing quarter and averaged for monthly billing purposes.
b. For all single and two-family premises not connected to a public water supply system -
| 1 person household* | $11.74 per billing month (based on 2,000 gals/month) |
| 2 person household* | $16.28 per billing month (based on 4,000 gals/month) |
| 3+ person household* | $22.33 per billing month (based on 6,667 gals/month) |
*Includes readiness to serve change
c. For all other premises connected to a public water supply system - $2.27 per 1,000 gallons of water metered for such premises per billing month.
d. For all other premises not connected to a public water supply system - $2.27 per 1,000 gallons of water metered from the well water supply per billing month.
Readiness to Serve Charge:
a. Single-family - $7.20 per billing month.
b. Two-family - $14.40 per billing month ($7.20 per unit).
c. All other premises - $18.90 per billing month.
Readiness to Serve will be charged even on those accounts where service is temporarily disabled either through temporary disconnection of the municipal water supply or any other disruption.
