              extended stay hotel containing 73 guest rooms – Hotel height to be in excess of 35 feet.

        b.  11058 Water Tower Ct – C-2 General Commercial Zoning District - to operate an auto 
              repair facility not including junking or wrecking.

        c.  118 Aniline Avenue - I-2 General Industrial – to utilize the property for vehicle repair
             service, not including junking or wrecking.

4.     Re-zonings:

        a.   0 James Street – 70-16-20-126-009, -010, & -011 from Office Service (O-S) to
              General Industrial (I-2)

        b.   472 E Lakewood Blvd – 70-16-21-100-026 &
              0 E Lakewood Blvd – 70-16-21-100-040 &
              463 E Lakewood Blvd – 70-16-21-100-042 – from General Industrial (I-2) to
                       General Commercial (C-2)

5.     Zoning Text Amendment Article 3 to add 3.18 (A) (B) (C) to allow the keeping of chickens and bees in 
        areas zoned Residential.

6.     Final PUD

        a.   Flag Stick PUD – waiting on Attorney and Mr. Winkler’s comments

        b.   Leisure Living – Creekside Meadows PUD
